After looking at several apartments in the Columbia area my wife and I checked out Eastgate. For spaciousness, cleanliness, location, nice facilities including a swimming pool and a basketball goal, and the quality of the management, this was a clear choice for us. After a year residing here, we didn't hesitate a moment before renewing our lease. We honestly couldn't be happier with where we live.

There are several reasons that I like to live at Eastgate. There is a swimming pool and my daughter likes swimming very much. The location is very convenient, it is close to downtown, shopping and the MU campus, the environment is beautiful, there is a large grass field where the children all play together. The owner and all my neighbors are very nice and polite.

There are many reasons I live at Eastgate. The rent is reasonable; the apartment is quiet; the owners live on the premises and respond quickly to any maintenance needs. I'm within walking distance of the University, downtown Columbia and the public library.

It is adjacent to my bank and the shopping center and only two minutes from Highway 63, which I take every morning to drive to my job. I enjoy taking long walks in the neighborhood. Eastgate is clean and well maintained.
