Our closest neighbor is Bank of America, and we're directly across the street from the Boone Hospital Medical Campus and Gardens. Just across Old Highway 63 is Columbia's newest park, Stephens Park and Lake, and across the street from that is the Eastgate Plaza Shopping Center. Just down the street are Boone Hospital and Stephens College. The University of Missouri campus and the downtown shopping and business district are only a short, 15-minute walk away. We're on the City bus line, which operates to all parts of town Monday - Friday.
